Paid Services may renew automatically unless canceled. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

Mobile Applications & In-App Purchases
By downloading our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with their terms. In-app purchases are handled by the respective store and are non-refundable unless required by store policies.Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.Opt-Out OptionYou may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sizzle regarding the Services.
